Meet the Orange County Team Behind Bradford Remodeling Co Orange County
Every job in Orange County gets a named crew, not a rotating cast. That’s deliberate. When you know who’s walking through your door on day one and who’s finishing the punch list, the whole project goes smoother. Our crew has worked together across kitchens in Fullerton, whole-home remodels in Anaheim, and everything between. They’re background-checked, uniformed, and held to The Garrison Standard on every visit. Here’s who you’ll actually work with.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People

Curtis Lane, Owner
Curtis has run Bradford Remodeling Co Orange County as an independently owned and operated member of the Garrison Partners family since 2004. He walks every job before the bid goes out, which is why the written price you get reflects what he saw with his own eyes, not a guess from a satellite photo. Ask him about ledger boards and he’ll tell you exactly why a properly bolted one matters for your second-story addition, then explain it so clearly you’ll feel like you could frame it yourself. He’d rather you didn’t. Curtis signs every written guarantee personally and answers his phone when it rings at 6 a.m.
Dan M., Lead Technician
Dan has spent seventeen years in remodeling, the last nine of them in Orange County kitchens and additions. He holds certifications for James Hardie siding installation and GAF roofing systems, and he’s the guy who catches the framing issue before the drywall goes up, not after. Dan keeps a small notebook in his back pocket with every measurement from every job he’s run, which strikes some homeowners as old-school until he pulls a dimension from three projects ago and settles a question in ten seconds. He’s the reason our punch lists are short.
Rosa T., Senior Installer
Rosa specializes in cabinet and fixture installation, with advanced training on KraftMaid and Wellborn cabinet lines plus Cambria and Silestone surface prep. She’s the one who notices if a cabinet face sits a sixteenth out of true and fixes it before it becomes a warranty call. Homeowners regularly ask for Rosa by name when they add a second phase to a remodel. She grew up in Santa Ana and knows which Orange County homes have the tight hallways and which have the surprise pony walls, so her site prep is faster than the schedule expects.
Miguel S., Service Coordinator
Miguel is the voice on the phone at 9 p.m. when you realize you have a question about your cabinet order. He’s been with Bradford since 2016 and coordinates scheduling, permits, and material delivery across Orange County. Miguel keeps a running log of every open item on every job, which means when you call for an update, you get a real answer, not a promise to check and call back. He’s also the reason your written price arrives before the first hammer swings, every single time.
Jenna R., Apprentice, Kitchen and Bath
Jenna is two years into her apprenticeship and already runs her own tile jobs under Rosa’s supervision. She’s meticulous about waterproofing, the part of a shower remodel you’ll never see but will absolutely feel if it’s done wrong. Jenna spent her first year splitting time between the shop and job sites, which is why she understands the material flow from order to install. She asks the questions homeowners forget to ask, like whether the new range hood vent actually clears the roofline or just looks like it does from the street.
One Standard, Every Job
We operate under The Garrison Standard, the framework set at the Garrison Partners level in 2004 and enforced at every Bradford location, including Orange County. That means a few things don’t change no matter which crew member is on your job. A written price comes before any work starts, with no numbers that move at the door. Background-checked, uniformed technicians show up on schedule. Materials get documented by brand and spec, so you know your Cambria countertop is actually Cambria. And every completed project carries the 365-Day Done Right Promise: if the work fails within a full year, we return and correct it at no charge. The crew you meet here is the crew that backs that promise.
Squared away at job close means three things in Orange County: a clean site with no cutoff scraps in your driveway, a documented scope showing every line item finished as written, and a signed written guarantee in your hand before we leave. That’s the standard. Every job, every crew member, every time.
