Full Kitchen Remodel in Fullerton

BeforeBeforeAfterAfter
Before: A 1990s kitchen boxed in by soffits and a peninsula that cut the room in half.
BeforeBeforeAfterAfter
After: Same footprint, completely different room. Wellborn cabinets, Cambria quartz, and a Kohler sink under a new window.

The problem: a galley kitchen with a load-bearing wall that made every dinner feel like a hallway conversation. We removed the soffit, relocated plumbing for a new island, and rebuilt the wall with a proper header so the load still carries correctly. The result is an open kitchen with a written price that never moved from the first estimate to the final walkthrough.

Primary Bathroom Gut Renovation in Huntington Beach

BeforeBeforeAfterAfter
Before: A fiberglass tub surround hiding water damage in the substrate, the layer beneath the tile.
Contractor measuring wooden wall studs with a level and tape measure
After: Curbless walk-in shower with Schluter waterproofing, large-format tile, and Moen fixtures.

We opened the walls and found the subfloor had been soaking for years. Not a surprise to us, but a costly one if left alone. We replaced the damaged substrate, installed a Schluter waterproofing system from floor to ceiling, and built a curbless shower that works for the homeowners as they age in place. The old bathroom was a liability. The new one is a selling point.

Whole-Home Interior Refresh in Anaheim Hills

General contractor and worker carrying drywall panel at construction job site
Before: Popcorn ceilings, dark trim, and carpet that had seen better decades.
Contractors installing drywall in a home renovation project
After: Smooth ceilings, white oak flooring, and new baseboards that actually meet at the corners.

This Anaheim Hills home needed a full reset: ceilings scraped, walls retextured, floors replaced, and every piece of trim re-cut. We ran the job as a single general contract so the homeowner had one point of contact and one written price. The result is a house that feels new without the cost or disruption of new construction. Every brand we installed, from the James Hardie trim to the Therma-Tru doors, carries its own manufacturer warranty on top of ours.

Exterior Siding Replacement in Yorba Linda

Contractor applying mortar for kitchen backsplash tile installation
Before: Wood siding with rot eating up from the bottom course, plus failing caulk at every joint.
Two professional contractors installing kitchen cabinets during a home renovation project
After: James Hardie fiber cement siding, primed, painted, and flashed to shed water properly.

In Yorba Linda, dry heat does one thing and the marine layer does another. Wood siding takes the worst of both. We stripped the old material, replaced the water barrier beneath, and installed James Hardie lap siding with proper flashing at every transition. Fiber cement won’t swell or rot the way wood does, and it holds paint longer in Orange County’s UV. The homeowner got a written 50-year product warranty from Hardie, plus our own 365-Day Done Right Promise on the installation.

Open-Concept Living Area in Mission Viejo

Two contractors installing wooden upper kitchen cabinets with a support pole
Before: A wall dividing the kitchen from the living room, with ductwork running through it.
Contractor using a level to install a wooden door frame.
After: One continuous space, with an engineered beam carrying the load the wall used to hold.

Taking out a wall is easy. Taking out a wall correctly in Mission Viejo means an engineer’s sign-off, a properly sized beam, and patience with the city’s inspection schedule. We pulled the permit, installed the beam, rerouted the ductwork into a soffit that actually makes architectural sense, and passed inspection on the first pass. The before-and-after difference is dramatic, but what matters more is what’s inside the ceiling: a load path that’s documented and correct.

Outdoor Living Addition in Costa Mesa

Professional painters performing residential home remodeling services in an open floor plan
Before: Cracked concrete and a backyard nobody used.
Two professional contractors installing new vinyl plank flooring in a home
After: Belgard pavers, a pergola with proper footings, and an outdoor kitchen plumbed for gas and water.

Costa Mesa lots run small, so every square foot has to work. We demoed the cracked slab, poured proper footings for the pergola, and laid Belgard pavers over a compacted base that drains. The gas line for the outdoor kitchen was permitted and inspected. The result is another room of the house, just without walls. If any of it fails within a year, we come back and fix it. That’s the promise, in writing.
